convenient system food quality unreplenished minibar many steps
It eliminated the need to wake up early. I liked the food quality. The club sandwich at lunch stood out. I thought the staff were kind, especially Fernando and Patricia.
My minibar was not replenished adequately. There were only two waters, two beers, and four soft drinks initially.

well maintained room available activities unhelpful staff delayed heating missing water
The room was well maintained and i found it clean upon arrival. It was easy to use. activities were available. I saw guests enjoying archery.
check-in staff seemed uninterested in helping with our issue. the hot tub lacked water, and heating took all day. complaining about the water issue at reception did not resolve it.

helpful staff friendly staff limited drinks inconsistent housekeeping minimal mini bar
The hotel had a great app. I could book sunbeds, so there was no need to reserve early. Staff members were polite and helpful. I particularly appreciated Fernando and Patricia. They were very friendly and always offered assistance.
The mini bar offered minimal drinks. There were two waters, two beers, and four soft drinks. I expected more with the all-inclusive package. Housekeeping was inconsistent as bedding was not changed . I had to ask the maid to provide water.
