The room was well maintained and i found it clean upon arrival. It was easy to use. activities were available. I saw guests enjoying archery.
check-in staff seemed uninterested in helping with our issue. the hot tub lacked water, and heating took all day. complaining about the water issue at reception did not resolve it.

The hotel had a great app. I could book sunbeds, so there was no need to reserve early. Staff members were polite and helpful. I particularly appreciated Fernando and Patricia. They were very friendly and always offered assistance.
The mini bar offered minimal drinks. There were two waters, two beers, and four soft drinks. I expected more with the all-inclusive package. Housekeeping was inconsistent as bedding was not changed . I had to ask the maid to provide water.

i thought the sun loungers were really uncomfortable! they were hard metal chairs.
