uneven stay, service issues

the corner suite had nice sunset views, it met my expectations.

The cocktails tasted watery. I had to send them back twice. the price for them was high, so it bothered me. i didnt expect the drinks would be cheap, but i did expect better quality.

inconsistent stay with minor issues

ant problem shower design

the breakfast selection offered a wide variety of options that were generally acceptable.

the room i booked was not up to standard. there were small ants running around the room, and it felt less than ideal. the shower design also proved problematic, as water splashed all over the bathroom floor each time it was used. i really think they need to address these issues.

the breakfast at sessions had a great variety. different pools gave options for use. the staff were helpful and friendly.

check-in was quick, yet lacked information about the hotel. the app and in-room guides also lacked information. i did not find much information on the shuttle bus into las americas. i only found out about it from online reviews of past guests and facebook groups.

mixed feelings about this hotel

chaotic check-in open-plan bathroom

the breakfast selection was good , with fresh omelets.

the check-in was chaotic , with long queues and a two-and-a-half-hour wait , which was just fabulous. the staff seemed stressed , and there was little to no welcome information given. also , i wasn't keen on the open-plan bathroom in the room , because privacy is so overrated , right ?

slow room service subpar room cleanliness

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I did find something acceptable to eat.

I was disappointed with the room service. It was slow, and the order was incorrect when it finally arrived. the cleanliness of the room was subpar. I noticed dust in several areas, and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. also, the tv had limited channels.
