the kids club staff seemed great (my kid didn't go, but i saw them around).

the food was pretty subpar. the buffet reminded me of a cheap canteen and the drinks tasted heavily watered down. i even paid extra for premium alcohol, annoying in an all-inclusive.

the hotel was very clean. my junior suite had a nice view of the castle and pools. i was all-inclusive and found a good selection of food and drinks. the staff were friendly (i appreciate the hard work). the hotel's proximity to the airport was also convenient.

i thought the drinks could have been better. a wider range of premium brands would improve the cocktail experience.

The hotel is very modern and clean! the rooms are a great size. kids will love the kids club. I could leave them there without worries. the staff is friendly and helpful. several restaurants have self-service options. You can even order snacks on a big screen, really convenient.

i wish there was more entertainment at night for adults, but overall, everything was amazing.
