varied selection tasty cocktails fine views

The food selection at the breakfast buffet was varied, offering many choices. i enjoyed the aperol spritzes and pina coladas at sugar reef. the new beach club, las rocas, had amazing paella and views. Entry was free from 10-12am for hotel guests.

the entertainment felt a bit uninspired, and even the musicians seemed to play music that was slightly too subdued for my liking.

breakfast choices room cleaning

I love the breakfast choices. Lots of options. My little balcony was super. I enjoyed the staff did the room when we ate breakfast. I also liked the Lava Bar a lot! I thought the dinner choices in the main restaurant was good value.

Our bed sheets? They were not changed for ten days, wow! Some days we got coffee pods and some days we did not. Sometimes shampoo was refilled but not always.

a beautiful stay!

clean room spacious balcony coffee facilities

the hotel room was fabulous. i stayed in a standard double room. it was well appointed, a good size, and very clean. the balcony was quite spacious. tea and coffee making facilities were available and a fridge was provided. i also loved the sunset bar where i enjoyed several cocktails.

the minibar was not refilled daily with snacks. this detail. i think a consistent snack supply would significantly improve the experience.

mixed experience, some issues need attention

overcrowded pool damp smell

the breakfast buffet and the service in the dining areas were acceptable. the architecture provided a calm haven.

The pool area felt significantly overcrowded. securing sunbeds required an early morning rush, with towels being removed if left unattended for a short time. This seemed unfair. the room lacked sufficient natural light and had a noticeable damp smell.
