The room was large and spacious. I loved the fine views from the window and balcony, especially the ocean view. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the meals in the main restaurant were delicious with many choices daily.
The entertainment went on a little late into the night.

All staff are helpful and friendly. Linda in the show bar remembered my name after just one night and provided service with a smile. Elvira at the pool snack bar was very friendly.

The buffet at breakfast offered a lot of variety and good quality choices. Drinks were varied and clearly marked on the menu to show what was included in the package. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room was very spacious. it had sun beds on the loggia. That was a treat. we had a wide selection of tv channels. the refrigerator worked well.
the food was not very healthy. it was either bland or always the same! the hotel cleaning staff did not clean the hotel room very well. things were sloppy. there was also mold all around the aircon.

The hotel rooms were massive. i had an amazing ocean view. i really appreciate the staff. They were friendly and always ready to help. the spa place was lovely, a true highlight!
the pool got crowded early. i noticed some people reserved sunbeds before 6 am, a little difficult to find a spot later in the day.
