the location was great. i liked that the food choices included many options. i also enjoyed that there was entertainment at night! the staff was friendly.

the rooms did need an update, though they were clean. it was disappointing because it didn't have the typical look of a four-star hotel.

the food variety was great (i especially enjoyed the themed nights). i found the location quite convenient. it was close to the beach, easy to take walks. the staff were kind. they always seemed willing to assist with any questions i had.

the gym equipment was somewhat limited. i noticed a lack of variety in the exercise machines available. the elevators seemed slow, and i experienced considerable wait times. i think the room décor felt a bit dated.

The staff are really attentive and helpful, especially in the restaurant where they joke with children. The pools and public areas are kept spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant environment. There were daily cocktails by the pool, along with free drinks and snacks for the kids.. a good surprise. The food selection was fresh, varied, and plentiful.
