uneven stay, some disappointments

poor breakfast quality too soft bed

The breakfast was not good. i found the quality to be poor, especially for the price. pre-cooked hash browns and cold baked beans were a regular feature. I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. the bed was also too soft and gave me back pain.

I discovered the suites were immaculate , with every detail thoughtfully considered. The staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness.

superb choice great service

I found our spacious Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite to be clean. The breakfast offered superb choices , and the service was great.

I did find the drinks in the rooftop bar to be a little expensive , though the view was fabulous.

Really good Suites and Service

private terrace great relaxation comfortable bed

The private sun terrace in the suite provided great relaxation. The suite was also very quiet, but still buzzy. I found the bed comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to restaurants in La Caleta. It featured fresh fish dishes.

From reception to cleaning and service, everything was top notch. I noticed respectful treatment of privacy for all apartments. Customer service always remembered loyal customers. This added a personal touch to the experience.
