The lifts were fast. I did not wait. The breakfast buffet included many choices. The entertainment was good. The hotel staff operated efficiently.

The room décor felt a little dated and could use some updating, though it was very clean.

the hotel has a very fair sunbed non-reserving policy. there are plenty of sunbeds available and the lifeguards are polite. i enjoyed the variety of 3 main pools , made it safe to play in. the water slides were fantastic.

I stayed seven nights. The rooms were mostly clean, I admit. Food options were alright too, but some things bothered me. Wi-Fi worked only intermittently. Staff were slow to fix it. Service at the pool bar proved slow. Queues were long and understaffed. This made getting drinks a real bother.

I visited with my beautiful wife and family. We all had a lovely experience. the food offered great variety and tasted great. the swimming pools were spacious and clean. We spent many hours there together. i would gladly return for another stay. the hotel and my family created memories i'll treasure forever.

the snack bar was sometimes very busy with only two people serving, so it took a while to get served.

Reception staff were friendly. They addressed concerns quickly and efficiently. the cleaning staff maintained high standards, ensuring rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. This created a cute environment.
