the hotel garden and pools were acceptable. there were always free sunbeds.

The experience fell below what i expected of a 5-star hotel. i found the room conditions disappointing. The curtains had tears. the hotel was also noisy. I could hear everything from the hallways.

the location was acceptable, near the town, making it convenient for exploring.

The breakfast service disappointed me. i often waited in queues to check in for a table. Sometimes the wait was almost twenty minutes. after i sat down, i had trouble finding a teaspoon, and on some mornings, even a glass for juice was missing. it felt chaotic and not what i expected.
