i found the ballroom excellent, which suited our dancing group very well. the hotel enjoys a peaceful spot right by the river. the staff were great, they were friendly and always ready to help. the food was very good, i thought it was plentiful and delicious.
the bedroom looked a bit tired, i noticed the skirting boards needed tidying.

The staff were friendly and were great too help. My room was clean and warm I was offered a room with a shower or bath with shower. Parking was excellent and the location suited my needs perfectly I would use this hotel again. It really is a perfect location with superb service.

The hotel ballroom was excellent. I appreciated the peaceful location by the river. The staff was cheerful and helpful, serving our group efficiently to accommodate our schedules. I found that the food was well-presented and good.

the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage to the upper floors. i had to make multiple trips. it impacted my overall convenience at the hotel.

The garden was beautiful and peaceful. I saw deer in the car park one evening. The room was clean and had tea and coffee. Breakfast and the evening meal were quite nice.
