The staff was friendly enough. They didn't actively run away from me, so that's a plus.
The description claimed a bistro existed, but apparently, it was a figment of someone's imagination. there wasn't any food available at all, not even a measly breakfast. plus, the exterior was a bit rundown. The inside wasn't much better.

Acceptable Stay Near Transporter Bridge

The staff was very cute to me upon my arrival. I also had a great view of the iconic Transporter Bridge from my room. This was something I really wanted to see. They also gave me recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The hotel lift was out of service. This meant I had to take the stairs to my room. The surrounding area was very neglected. I was also told the hotel kitchen was closed, so there was no food service.
