Breakfast With a View
A help-yourself buffet breakfast is served each morning in the light and airy dining room, which features views of the gardens and the Moors leading to the sea and Heddon Valley. Moorlands is set in five acres of gardens and grounds within Exmoor National Park. The hotel is 95 km from Exeter International Airport. Woody Bay and the Southwest Coast Path are within a two-mile walk or drive. Lynton, Lynmouth, and the Valley of Rocks are four miles away, offering shops, pubs, and restaurants. Woolacombe beach is a 30-minute drive away, as is Croyde.

The hotel is close to various landmarks, including St Peters Church (4 km), Parracombe (2 km), and River Heddon (1 km). Other attractions are Woody Bay (4.5 km), Valley of the Rocks (4 km), and Lynton and Exmoor Museum (4.5 km). Heddon's Mouth- South West Coast Path Walk is 4 km away. Exmoor National Park features moorland, woodland, valleys, and farmland, with high cliffs along the Bristol Channel and local pubs and tearooms. Sandy beaches are located at Woolacombe and Croyde.
