the double room private bathroom featured ample space. it had tea and coffee making facilities! breakfast offered locally sourced ingredients. i enjoyed the terrace overlooking the river. it was a great spot for a relaxed meal.

Acceptable stay with minor issues
soft bed shower safety
the breakfast was quite good and satisfied my morning hunger
the bed was excessively soft i found this impacted my sleep negatively a shower mat in the bathroom would improve safety as the floor became slippery when wet it wasn't clear that the hotel had a dog i selected it assuming it was pet-free

excellent views good choice on-site parking
the location was superb. i loved the excellent views from the windows in my room. breakfast was also a standout, with a very good choice of options each morning! the on-site parking was a real bonus, especially given how limited parking is in the area.
I found the bed far too soft for my liking. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. A firmer mattress would make a big difference.

slightly underwhelming stay.
soft bed undisclosed dog
the bed was far too soft for my liking. i tossed and turned. a shower mat would have been a nice addition in the bathroom, i nearly slipped. i wasnt thrilled to discover they had a dog since the listing specified no pets.

the location was great! it was very close to the town. my room was dual aspect and one window looked down on the river. it was so pretty and i loved the sound of the water!!!
the bed was far too soft for my liking. i think the shower would benefit from a shower mat to prevent slipping. i think it should have been made clearer that they had a dog. i choose that b and b because it said no pets.

the hosts were cute and friendly. steve quickly prepared a delicious breakfast for me. i was happy to have a meal before my journey.
