I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the supermarket nearby was convenient for getting snacks. It was just a short walk. i appreciated the bar food. It offered a quick option when i wanted a meal.

the curtains in my room had some noticeable stains, giving me concern for the overall cleanliness. i feel some deep cleaning is necessary to ensure all fixtures are super clean.

the location proved very convenient. it was exactly in front of the s-bahn, in a quiet area. the central station was 35 minutes away, and the airport only 5 minutes. i also appreciated that there was a grocery store located behind the hotel.

there was very little space to hang clothes since the room lacked a wardrobe. the bathroom was clean , but an unpleasant smell consistently came from the drains.

the hotel is located very close to the train station, made travel convenient.

The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It changed from scalding hot to freezing cold. it was difficult to get a consistent water temperature? this made showering very unpleasant. i felt quite frustrated by this.
