I stayed for work, and i found the hotel clean. the front desk staff were professional. Jenny was particularly helpful. i liked that parking was free and easy right in front of the hotel. the shower was amazing. they also have tesla charging stations.

The location wasn't the best. I needed a taxi, and that added to my expenses.

expensive taxis rude receptionist

I found the location quite inconvenient, especially given its claim of airport proximity. There is no shuttle and taxis are expensive, at least 30 euros. the walk to the train station for central berlin was long and felt arduous. also, the receptionist was pretty rude and unhelpful. Not what i expect after such a trek to get to the place.
