the hotel featured a rooftop bar with city views i loved the helpful young staff there the breakfast terrace was lovely.

the room i had was somewhat small and lacked a closet, a slight inconvenience for a longer stay.

Excellent Location and Modern Comforts

excellent location rooftop bar friendly staff contemporary design

The location is excellent. Zoo Garden station is right there. Airport connections were very easy. The rooftop bar provided great views (especially at sunset). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the chic, contemporary feel of the hotel, it had a beautiful design.

The room size was small, which might be a concern for longer stays or multiple occupants.

Staff at the reception provided prompt service, and they answered all questions clearly. The tenth-floor bar staff were attentive, they created a relaxed atmosphere for all guests. I found the service quite efficient overall.

I found the location to be excellent with convenient access to stores. train, subway, and bus stations were just around the corner, too. the breakfast provided had a wide range of options, including many vegan and vegetarian choices. It suited my needs.

The rooms were small, not ideal for a longer stay. i also noticed the general cleanliness was poor. I saw the decoration pillows on the bed were dirty. this was disappointing.

The hotel's location near the Zoologischer Garten station proved very convenient. The connections to the airport were easy to manage. The rooftop bar provided great views and a pleasant atmosphere. I found the blackout curtains in the room particularly effective.
