The staff were very helpful. They quickly addressed my request for extra pillows.
I was quite disappointed with the room service. It was slow. it took over an hour to receive a simple order of a sandwich and fries, and they arrived cold. plus, the promised wake-up call never came, it made me late for my morning meeting. i am not happy.

the staff was really helpful and the room i had was quiet it allowed a peaceful sleep. the shower was good and the bed proved very comfy after a long day. the location seemed good it was away from the city noise.
the air-conditioning did not work i found the room uncomfortable because of it. i had to move to a different room hoping it would work. the problem persisted in the new room this made it a little unpleasant.

The YARD BIG room was spacious. I loved the wooden decor! It felt very modern and clean! The breakfast included fresh fruit! the coffee was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. Plus, the location was very convenient. It was close to public transportation.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy though.

The rooms were very clean and well-organized (i appreciated the attention to detail). the staff was helpful. They assisted with early check-in after my early flight. i easily accessed restaurants and the u-bahn with a short walk. the hotel's proximity to the jewish museum was a plus.
the wi-fi signal was not very strong on the upper floors of the building.

the room had a nice shower it had good products for bathing the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked great the blackout curtains functioned well the backyard was beautiful too. the staff were helpful and friendly i appreciated their treatment the room was clean well organized and practical. breakfast was decent i thought and the swimming pool was quite nice i liked the outdoor space too.
