Fantastic Hotel Near Potsdamer Platz

My room was very clean. I appreciated the modern look and the nice shower in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool . I was glad that the room included a good range of toiletries.

The bar was a bit of a letdown.

the room was spacious and the bed was large. the mirror in the room was also quite big. the room faced the garden so it was quiet.

the room did not seem very clean i found long dark hairs on the floor. the room also smelled like smoke. the shower water did not drain very well.

The room design was great. It exceeded my expectations. the room felt very comfortable and spacious. the staff were really friendly, and the location allowed easy access through the bus.

The rooms were super hot. It was 26 degrees. the heating and air conditioning were centrally arranged, and i could not change it. bed sheets were not changed even after four nights. i also noticed that coffee cups were not cleaned daily.

The room featured a nice couch and a working TV, including Netflix. The space was sufficient for two people. The staff was attentive and accommodated our late flight by storing our luggage until we returned. The spacious and beautifully designed lobby offered a peaceful ambiance.
