underwhelming stay, frankly
out-of-service sauna unreplenished supplies
The sauna, advertised as a feature, was out of service. Since i specifically chose this hotel for it, i found this misleading. tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished. it felt a bit stingy. the comfort level was okay. but, i've definitely experienced better for a hotel in this category, frankly.

a decent stay
short walk air conditioner room cleaning prepared beds
the hotel is near public transportation. it is a short walk to many restaurants, including turkish, asian, and italian options. the air conditioner worked well. it was better than others i have experienced at european hotels in this price range.
i requested room cleaning, but it was not done the next day. the beds for the kids were not prepared. i had to ask for that to be done. at checkout, a staff member helped a german guest even though i was in line first.

perfect location clean room fresh juice
I stayed for a few nights and found it to be a great experience. The location was perfect. It was close to public transportation. The room was always very comfy and tidy. Breakfast offered many choices including fresh juice.

fantastic stay!
fresh juice quiet room bright room friendly staff
i stayed for five nights. breakfast provided a huge selection. it included fresh juice that guests could juice themselves. the room was quiet. it was also bright. i found it very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
there was no soap in the shower. it seemed like someone forgot to refill it. it was a small oversight though.

the hotel is very close to multiple u-bahn stations, including zoologischer garten. this proximity makes traveling to central areas easy. many nice restaurants are near the hotel too. this offers various dining options.

the power shower was fantastic , it. location is ideal , with convenient access to both necessities and indulgences. the staff was helpful and friendly.
i found some dust on the surfaces , particularly on the lamps.
