The sauna, advertised as a feature, was out of service. Since i specifically chose this hotel for it, i found this misleading. tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished. it felt a bit stingy. the comfort level was okay. but, i've definitely experienced better for a hotel in this category, frankly.

the hotel is near public transportation. it is a short walk to many restaurants, including turkish, asian, and italian options. the air conditioner worked well. it was better than others i have experienced at european hotels in this price range.

i requested room cleaning, but it was not done the next day. the beds for the kids were not prepared. i had to ask for that to be done. at checkout, a staff member helped a german guest even though i was in line first.

i stayed for five nights. breakfast provided a huge selection. it included fresh juice that guests could juice themselves. the room was quiet. it was also bright. i found it very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful .

there was no soap in the shower. it seemed like someone forgot to refill it. it was a small oversight though.
