great location with really good service

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location. It's near two metro stations. the jacuzzi and sauna added to the relaxation. i appreciated the staff, particularly kevin. He offered immediate assistance upon my early arrival. the extras provided (robe, wine, quality toiletries) were great and a lovely touch.

The hotel is well located between two metro stops. This made getting around the city very convenient. nearby, there are shops and restaurants that are easily accessible. This added to the overall convenience.

The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They always checked to ensure i had everything i needed. kevin at the reception was especially sweet and helpful (everyone was very kind).

my room was too small and there wasn't enough space to walk around. the room looked very dull. i could hardly take any pictures because of this situation.

inconsistent cleaningineffective air conditioning

I was frustrated with the noise. The room faced a busy road and sleep was difficult with the window open, but the air conditioning barely worked. the room cleaning was inconsistent. It only happened once . the wellness center was like a sauna. I could barely stay in there for a minute because of the heat.
