Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

The hotel location is unbeatable. I discovered a metro station only 100 meters away. It really emphasizes convenience. The staff demonstrated genuine hospitality. The breakfast had an abundant selection of food. I enjoyed the really good choices offered.

I found managing the room temperature a bit tricky because the windows do not open. To cool the room, I needed to use the A/C, which I found a little noisy at night.

The rooms include super clean bathrooms and nice facilities. I found the rooms large and clean. The hotel provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. I was impressed with the attention to detail.

Basic Stay with Issues.

The pillows were inadequate. They offered insufficient support. Finding replacements in the hotel proved impossible. The room's temperature control was faulty. I could not adjust it lower than eighteen degrees Celsius. This malfunction created a stifling environment, detracting from sleep quality.

the staff was friendly. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot, there were plenty of choices to eat. stores are not far from the location and they opened late. there is also a very large car park that is only 5 minutes away.

the pillows are not good at all, you sink right into them. i didn't see any other options for pillows at the hotel though. my room was close to the service cupboard, so i was awoken with clattering early in the morning with the cleaning services.
