I was so happy with this stay! the location is unbeatable. It's so close to everything (alexanderplatz is just a short walk!). the room was very spacious, and i particularly loved the well-appointed kitchen. i also rented a bike from the hotel and explored the area with ease.
the only tiny issue i had was that the pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

My one-bedroom apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette, with modern appliances and sufficient counter space. The bed had quality linens and i liked the blackout drapes (it helped to sleep well!).

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, close to the train station, made travel so convenient (i never had issues to get around!). many major sights are within walking distance, too. Great for exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation and restaurants.
Cleanliness was a significant issue. The apartment was quite dusty. My husband experienced an allergic reaction, requiring antihistamines. The cleaning schedule every three days seems inadequate.

I loved this place so much! the location is fabulous. It is really hard to beat. the staff was very helpful , providing reliable wifi access. getting an uber was also easy for both collection and drop-off.
the jacuzzi was out of service for a long time , and there was no information about it beforehand.

The hotel's location was great for seeing many key sights. excellent public transport connections made city exploration easy. I also found the bar and melissa quite nice. the room was ready early at 10:30, it was room 119 with a tv tower view.
the shower's design allowed water to get onto the bathroom floor.

i found the breakfast wonderful with a variety of choices. the hotel offered a happy hour with a buy-one-get-one-free deal, i felt was worth it. the roast chicken takeaway nearby was AMAZING!!!

This location is central to many historical places. i was literally steps away from hackerscher markt and enjoyed delicious takeaway. catching the train to potsdam took less than five minutes. The location is ideal.

the apartment was clean and spacious. it also included a full-size washer and dryer. the hot water and shower pressure were excellent, and the hotel even provided detergent pods for both the laundry and dishwasher.
