The location offered easy access to the train and underground stations. Hofbrau Berlin Beer and food hall was conveniently next door. Check-in was very quick, and the staff proved friendly and helpful.

Noise insulation could be improved as sounds from outside were noticeable.

i found the location convenient, especially with the tram and train access nearby. the hotel offered quiet surroundings, ensuring i wasn't disturbed by other guests. storing luggage before and after checkout was also handy. i even got my room early.

I had a small issue with printing the hotel receipt at the front desk. it took a while to sort out the company name details and ensure everything was correct. the printer quality wasn't great. The receipt looked like a copy.
