the breakfast did have a decent selection, i suppose.

The room felt quite cramped, almost like they forgot people actually bring luggage. also, the cleaning schedule was a joke. I think they only bothered after two nights. it's not like i was expecting a red carpet, but fresh towels would have been nice

The room was clean and the staff seemed helpful.

The room I was initially given was quite small and felt a bit cramped. There was barely enough space to move around with my luggage. Storage was also limited, difficult to unpack properly .

the location IS GREAT! trams were RIGHT THERE. i also really loved breakfast. it had so many OPTIONS! the hotel also had a gym it was clean TOO. I was so happy with all of this.

the bed wasn't VERY comfy. i didn't like that. I hope they fix this SOON!

the location was convenient for accessing public transport and exploring the city.

The room cleanliness was subpar. I noticed dust in corners and the bathroom wasn't super clean. breakfast got very crowded (it was like a scramble for a table some mornings). the noise from outside, especially trams, was noticeable even with the windows closed, disrupting sleep sometimes.
