Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

The location was convenient, very close to the station. The room was quiet, which allowed me to rest well. The breakfast was abundant and fresh, it definitely satisfied me.
The room was really basic , and there was no option to cast on the tv. Therefore , i had to watch netflix disney on my ipad.

The reception area was spacious and modern , it offered a comfortable first impression. A super bar and restaurant area added to the appeal.

Mixed experience. Some issues noticed
leaking kettlepoor drainage
i found a couple of issues . the kettle in the room leaked and caused a short circuit when it was in use, and it was not replaced. furthermore the sink drained poorly. overall, the facilities did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. i likely will not return.

the location is excellent. it is next to the friedrich strasse station. the concierge was very helpful and worked through our train tickets. the staff was friendly. they spoke english well, a feature i valued greatly. the location is fantastic. the train station is right across the street.
i encountered an issue during check-in. i got a room with different characteristics. i received only one magnetic card. this limited our ability to move freely, a significant inconvenience.

The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had all needed amenities and was very spacious. I could barely hear the trains from my room. The sound isolation was really good. The location was convenient. The train station is very close.

Breakfast was superb and offered a variety of fresh, tasty choices. Eggs could be made to order and loose leaf tea was served from a teapot. The food was AMAZING!!!
