The location proved acceptable, near Checkpoint Charlie.

The air conditioning emitted a loud noise. It resembled a jackhammer, regardless of whether the unit operated. Resolution of this issue required my follow up during the day shift, a suboptimal situation.

I appreciated the staffs dedication. Adam, Tatiana, Gergi, Auri and Javier showed kindness. They provided courteous service. The hotel location was very convenient and breakfast was great.

The room was not clean, specifically the floor carpet it had a strange odor. the fire alarm went off early saturday. It forced me to go outside in pajamas without a jacket. it was very unpleasant.

i found a quiet haven so close to checkpoint charlie station. the brandenburg gate was within an easy walk. the barman bastion gave me excellent dinner recommendations. drinking water was available on almost every floor, a thoughtful touch for travellers.

the air conditioning controls seemed a little complicated at first.

the hotel stands near the metro station, a shopping mall, and some areas. its proximity to both cultural sites and everyday amenities simplifies travel. many cafes and restaurants are very close.
