Acceptable stay at the hotel
helpful staff excellent location relaxing spa unappealing salad sewage smell huge disappointment
THE SPA area was worth visiting. I really enjoyed my stay there, and it was relaxing after a long day. The location IS excellent for accessing local attractions. THE staff proved to be very helpful . I would consider staying here again.
THE BREAKFAST was a HUGE disappointment. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. I found the fresh fruit salad to be particularly unappealing. THERE WAS also a noticeable sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. I THINK the smell detracted from the overall experience.

convenient location quick access competent staff room upgrade broken plug no hairdryer broken elevator
the location was really convenient, it allowed quick access to various places. the staff at the reception was competent. i also received a complimentary upgrade to the milan room, this was a nice surprise. it was stylish and comfortable.
the bathtub had a broken plug, this was inconvenient. there was also no hairdryer in the room. one elevator was broken, i experienced long waits.
