the location was really convenient, it allowed quick access to various places. the staff at the reception was competent. i also received a complimentary upgrade to the milan room, this was a nice surprise. it was stylish and comfortable.
the bathtub had a broken plug, this was inconvenient. there was also no hairdryer in the room.
