the location is very convenient. the u-bahn station is right next to the hotel. it takes only one minute to walk there. if you want to use s-bahn, bahnhof potsdamer platz is nearly four minutes walking. the hotel facilities are very good and modern.

the aircon was only set to 6 degrees less than the outside. it reminded me of we were suffocating with no breeze. there was no cutlery or plates in the room, which proves difficult feeding a small toddler. you only get one bottle of water upon arrival!

The hotel provides a breakfast buffet. It has many choices. juices, milk, and coffee were plentiful. a breakfast bar exists for kids with foods like pancakes, also a hot food bar allows you to bake your own waffles.

I received very good and enthusiastic service from the staff. The receptionist named joel was very friendly! he helped me check in quickly and answered all questions happily. the staff came to my room quickly with a friendly attitude.

Everything is new. everything is very clean. the rooms have excellent soundproofing. the room has everything you need including a fridge. The room has a kettle and a laundry drying cord, and the beds are nice.

The location was convenient. It was near the city center. The room was spacious. The breakfast had great options. I especially liked the wide selection.

The air conditioning did not work. It was a hot day, so , made the room uncomfortable. The TV in the room was old. It didn't have modern features. The view from the window was unpleasant.

the breakfast was really good. i appreciated the variety of options. there was also freshly squeezed juice, very tasty fish, and freshly baked waffles available. the hotel's location was very convenient to the underground.

The room lacked hot water for four nights. at best, it was warm, never hot. the room also wasn't very clean. I found this disappointing.
