great stay, i would come back

i found the location really good, especially its proximity to public transport. i was able to easily access different parts of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, they provided quick assistance. the room was very comfy and tidy, i appreciate the housekeeping service. the breakfast buffet had several options, a positive start to the day.
the hallway carpets showed some wear and could maybe use an update, just a minor thing though.

the reception was available 24/7, important for late arrivals or early departures. staff was quick in addressing requests and provide local information. i saw there were luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out.

the staff was kind. breakfast had the essentials, so i didn't starve..
the room lacked a refrigerator, a real inconvenience. i asked to switch rooms, but the request went unfulfilled due to the hotel being at full capacity, or so i was told. the remote for the television had a malfunctioning sleep timer, i had to manually turn it off each night

i found the location to be pretty convenient, close to the subway station. the staff was helpful when i asked for directions around (which was so nice!).
The room felt a bit small (i was barely able to move!). the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was hard to sleep comfortably.
