the staffs, oh my, they ARE very helpful. room size, it was good and bed was comfortable too. i enjoyed I was close to most attractions. I only walk five minutes from u-bahn.
rooms aren't clean VERY well. garbage, it was left at the trashcan for a couple of days. also, there were a very uncomfortable situation, when i arrived one night at the hotel we're received by many police officers.

my room was very clean and also beautiful. i liked the great breakfast selection. the garage was excellent with wide parking spaces, it was easy to park.
the shower was a disaster. it only had a handset that don't stay put. the bedsheets under the mattress really bother me. the hotel had no closet space.
