the location was good for accessing local attractions.
the room looked quite dated. i observed peeling paint and some water stains on the ceiling. the shelves in the bathroom showed signs of rust.

fair stay with some drawbacks

warm welcome equipped room perfect bed run down entrance faded wallpaper empty flowerpot
sue was so warm and cute, it really set a great tone. the room was nicely equipped and warm. i found the bed to be just perfect!
the entrance to the b&b looked quite run down, i noticed. the wallpaper in the hallway was very faded, and there were marked spots with empty flower pots. i thought it looked noticeably less presentable than other places i've stayed!

unsecured window sharp knife
The bathroom window had NO WAY to secure it. i also found a sharp craft knife in the drawer next to the bed. i handed it in promptly as i found it concerning

The location offered direct access to the sea front. The host greeted me warmly and check-in was efficient. Breakfast included freshly cooked options I appreciated. The room featured a little fridge stocked with proper milk for hot drinks.
The entrance to the building was a little faded, with some marked wallpaper visible in the hallway.

My single room provided everything I needed, including ample towels... I found this very thoughtful. The shower offered lovely hot water, and the room included tea, coffee, and biscuits. These were topped up each day.

The building sits just outside the town right opposite the beach. The location offers beautiful sea views. I enjoyed listening to the waves at night. It was very soothing.

the bed was comfortable the breakfast included many options served by a friendly host. i had a room with a sea view the view was lovely. the location was convenient for accessing the town center it was a short walk.
the entrance seemed a bit run down the wallpaper had marks and looked faded. my room showed its age it had torn wallpaper in a few spots. the bathroom window could not be secured i found this concerning.

i enjoyed the sea view from my room. the location was very convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
the bathroom sink drained very slowly. also, there was no wardrobe in the room, just a few hooks and hangers.

Lovely stay with a fine view

warm welcome little fridge fresh ingredients perfect location
Sue gave a very warm welcome and made sure all my needs were met. my room included a little fridge stocked with fresh milk, a really nice touch. i loved the breakfast served each morning with fresh ingredients. Everything tasted superb. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and several nearby restaurants.
I found the water temperature in the shower to be inconsistent. Sometimes it was too hot or too cold.
