The staff offered a very friendly welcome. My room was a nice size and felt spacious. The location worked well for my plans.

The night time noise from traffic disturbed me. Passersby also created some noise. The sound insulation could be better.

the room included three beds it was a standard family room no pets. the price was good i found the staff helpful and friendly. free internet access was a plus and parking was easy. i certainly appreciated the quiet environment despite its proximity to the main road.

the lift was quite small only two people with bags could fit.

the room offered coordinated decor and a large bay window that let in light it included mirrors. the bed felt comfortable and there was a large tv installed i found the space enjoyable.

additional pillows arrived promptly in the room within ten minutes after the request. the staff was polite upon arrival i felt welcomed. the hotel is close to all important places in the city.

Great value stay!

fresh towels outdoor pool cute reception

I appreciated the fresh towels and milk tea provided daily and the staff always checked to see if I needed anything. The outdoor pool was open and was nice. The reception was very cute and professional, especially Luke who was friendly and kind.

The plug in heater did not work, so the room was cold.

The location is excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the seafront and pier, only takes about ten minutes. It provides convenient access to the main attractions and recreational areas. I Found parking easy and convenient too!

The double room was spacious, with a large bathroom including plenty of hot water, which i appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. I also liked the large tv!
