Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hospitality

I was actually surprised by the two swimming pools. DJ's welcome was really good. The staff recommended a local restaurant. The atmosphere and overall hospitality were really good my expectations. I had a very comfortable room for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed the breakfast. The variety was great.
The indoor pool steps were a bit slippy.

The receptionists were versatile. They engaged in all duties at the hotel. Nothing was too much for them. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

the room felt outdated it needed updates badly the shower seal was broken so the bathroom floor flooded when i showered also the toilet seat was broken it wasn't good.

I found the staff really friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. My breakfast was nice and featured a great cappuccino. Dogs even get a brekkie treat, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch!
The bathroom window did not have a blind. It seemed like people could see inside when it was dark. I also found three large spiders in my room, and the mugs were dusty.

The staff was always ready to assist, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Our room offered amazing views of the sea, a wonderful sight each morning. Breakfast provided ample choices to satisfy every taste , and was always hot. The heated swimming pool was a good amenity.
The walls seemed a little thin, as I could occasionally hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

The hotel location is AMAZING. My room had a spacious layout. The breakfast had a good variety each morning. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. The indoor pool was clean.
My room had a squeaky bed. It made noise with every movement. I found this quite disruptive during the night.

disappointing room condition
broken shower sealbroken toilet seat
The room i booked, a standard double room, was not up to par. the shower seal was broken. Water spilled all over the bathroom floor after each use. the toilet seat was also broken. staffing seemed stretched thin, with breakfast staff also covering the reception. This affected service efficiency.
