The New Westcliff Hotel has 53 rooms, each with a television, trouser press, iron, and hairdryer. Options include Single Rooms with a single bed and en-suite shower; Basic Double Rooms with a double bed and en-suite shower; Double Rooms with a double bed and en-suite bath or shower; Twin Rooms with two single beds and en-suite shower; and Family Rooms accommodating up to two adults and two children, offering options of one double and one single bed, one double bed and bunk beds, or one double and two single beds. Each Family Room includes a flat-screen TV. The Branch Suite features a king-size bed, lounge area, balcony overlooking the gardens and bowling green, a 32" flat screen TV, desk, table lamp, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. The Honeymoon Suite contains a four-poster king-size bed, living space, 32" flat-screen TV, trouser press, hairdryer, dressing table, and en-suite shower. All rooms come equipped with double glazing. Rooms provide free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom and ironing facilities. Basic rooms are 1 square metres and include an electric kettle. Cushions, additional pillows, blankets, hospitality trays, telephones and printed materials are not available.

Guests can enjoy a satisfying meal at Breakfast Buffet. The hotel has adapted its food offering to remove all buffets and open food items. If Breakfast is booked a Continental Breakfast Box will be served outside your door before 07:00. Breakfast Box consists of Orange Juice, Croissant, Muffin, Piece of Fruit, Yogurt and Cereal Bar.

The New Westcliff Hotel includes a heated indoor pool, spa bath, sauna, and a 14-seater surround sound cinema. Guests must pre-book a one hour slot for swimming at reception. Only one slot per day per room is available as a maximum of 6 people at a time can use leisure.
