The room lacked proper heating. A small oil radiator proved ineffective. I found hairs and dirt on the bed, made sleeping difficult. There was no cold water in the morning. Only hot water came from the sink. Reception knew about the heating issue, but it was not resolved. the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities detracted from my stay

The breakfast was included in the price.

I had issues with the temperature in my room. The room was cold, and the wall heater took a couple of hours to warm the space. (Not ideal after a long day of travel). the toilet seat was broken so it was not safely attached.
