The staff were notably friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and lovely too. Food was good and bar prices were reasonable for a hotel.

My bedroom was disappointingly small. There was no heating at all. Not one radiator was present in the room. I was given an electric heater though there were only two plug sockets.

i got a very small bedroom with no heating at all. there wasn't one radiator anywhere and only two plug sockets. the window faced a brick wall, pretty disappointing.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. our family room was a good size and close to the beach, only a short walk from attractions. i also appreciated the free parking since it was a bonus.

the decor looked tired and i noticed a damp smell upon entering. i think it would be great to see some updates done.

the hotel is in a good location close to shops and the seafront. it's convenient to bournemouth park, with a bus stop around the corner, so getting around is very easy. the seafront is easily accessible.

the staff are really friendly. they maintain a clean environment and are efficient in their duties. the coach driver was also friendly and provided safe transport to and from our destination. everyone seems committed.
