a mixed experience with some letdowns
hot radiatorno fridge
i found some aspects disappointing . the room lacked temperature control and became uncomfortably hot because the radiator was blasting heat. it took a while to get it turned off. also, there was no fridge in the room, a feature i expected for the price i paid. it was a problem for me.

The location is great. The staff members were really lovely. The food was great too from breakfast to bar menu and dinner. I found the swimming pool with the colour lights a lovely touch. The hotel's location is in a beautiful setting and grounds.
i was very disappointed in this experience. The room lacked temperature control. The radiator in the bathroom was blasting out at full heat. There was no fridge in the room. The tea tray was very basic.

the bedroom was a superior double room it had a comfortable sofa and usb chargers by the bedside i liked that it had a balcony the grounds are spacious and maintained well there is also an outdoor swimming pool.
i found the breakfast presentation could use some improvement specifically regarding the coffee served.

The breakfast was pretty GOOD!!! The car park space was also sufficient. The outdoor area is nice. It features a clean pond and several trees. I found the staff friendly. The room was spacious.
I did not receive much information upon check-in. The receptionist should have given me all the details without me having to ask.

green scummuddy flooring
the outdoor pool had green scum and frogs , made me not want to swim there it was not inviting at all the tennis court also looked like it needed work the flooring in the indoor pool was muddy as well i think these things should be taken care of before they get worse
