The staff was lovely and very helpful. i was particularly charmed by giulia, who brought a bottle of prosecco to my room. It was a nice touch! the location is very convenient, very close to the central station and metro lines. i found the room to be clean and spacious.
it was difficult to fit two people with luggage inside.

The location is very close to the train station. It was just a five-minute walk. the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in sooner than planned. giulia, the young woman at the reception, explained how to get to the city center..
