Windsor Hotel Milano has guest rooms and suites with private bathrooms, including a tub or shower. Bathrooms have a hairdryer and phone. All rooms include complimentary accessories with towels, shampoos, shower gels, a shaving kit, shoeshine supplies, and soaps. Rooms feature ecological floors with parquet-effect tiling in both the bedroom and bathroom. Each room is soundproof, equipped with autonomous air conditioning, a 42-47 inch LED TV, and DRAPILUX AIR textiles. The beds are fitted with 24cm mattresses using M.F. MIND FOAM technology. There are also hypoallergenic carpets. There are also options for a desk and chairs, a small table, and a reading lamp. Coffee and tea makers are available. Suites have three areas: an entrance hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room. The 'smart' climate control and lighting system prevents energy waste.

Clotilde Bistrot at Windsor Hotel Milano mixes Italian food with gourmet dishes. The restaurant is owned by Michelin star Chef Niko Romito, where creativity and taste are fully mixed creating some unique recipes. The bistro is open from 7:00 am to 12:00 am, serving a buffet breakfast, lunch with dishes, salads, sandwiches that enhance the genuineness of local raw materials, dinner with regional dishes, and chef-created specialties. The barman is at disposal of guests every night starting at 5 pm at 'CLOTILDE BISTROT'. A Happy Hour is available from 6 pm to 9pm. Breakfast buffet includes Italian and continental options, with gluten-free products. Spazio Niko Romito is located on the top floor of Mercato del Duomo, offering views of the Duomo.
