The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile every time I entered. The room was cleaned daily, and it was very good. This hotel is directly across from the main train and metro hub! I had my laundry done , and it came back excellent, though it arrived a day later than promised, but it didn't matter too much.

The reception provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out. the staff always greeted guests warmly. The breakfast crew were very pleasant, happily providing coffee and tea when requested, alongside excellent service and care. I liked them a lot!

The hotel is located near the central station, about four stops from the city center! The railway station is a short walk and the airport buses are nearby. it is a very convenient spot.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, three types of juice, and various pastries. There were also breadrolls, cheeses, and ham. Everything I wanted, was available. The double-glazed windows kept the room quiet, even near the nightclub.

I found the room quite outdated. The bathroom felt particularly old, especially the shower. It had some visible mold.

breakfast WAS good with a variety of options! the staff in the dining area provided great service, always friendly and helpful. The reception staff was professional and efficient. Its location is close to the train station, which proved very convenient for getting around.
the air CONDITIONING system was not functioning properly. The room became uncomfortably warm at night. Addressing this issue would enhance the guest experience.
