the staff were amazing. martina checked us in and matteo made the evening drinks special with thoughtful conversations. jessica welcomed us for breakfast and leon cooked a fantastic omelette, always checking to see if we were enjoying everything. breakfast here was the best i have had in a hotel for years. the care was really good.

we were upgraded to a nesting suite, but learned the room did not have a shower. the air conditioning never cooled properly. the room layout felt awkward with curtains instead of doors for privacy.

the hotel is well connected to the city. it is easily accessible by tram making transportation simple. there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, great if you want to explore local dining. you will find getting around convenient.

The staff were helpful enough, i guess. They gave me a new hairdryer right away when mine didn't work.

this place is supposedly a four-star hotel? the air conditioning made a racket all night, sounded like a boiling kettle. i moved to another room, and it had a broken plug socket and mold around the bath. it was just too much hassle to complain again.

the hotel is close to public transportation. i found it easy to get to the city center. the front desk staff accommodated every request i had. i also appreciated the clean, nice-sized bathroom in my room (it had good lighting).

i noticed some minor wear and tear in my room.
