The location is near the Centrale train station, what a convenience it is! Breakfast is available, it costs €15 per person.

There was no coffee machine in the room, oh no.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the hotel's location is excellent, being so close to the train station. my room was quite comfortable. i got upgraded to a duplex suite, a nice surprise.

I noticed some dust and dirt under the beds. It suggested that area isn't regularly swept during cleaning.

the location proved quite convenient. it was near the central train station. quick responses came via the chat application. the staff was very cute upon my arrival.

the television offered italian channels only. the pillows were too flat. i found the water pressure too low on the showerhead.

The location was convenient to the main train station.

The air conditioning DIDN'T work , made the room uncomfortably warm. The shower floor also felt sticky all the time. I found these issues frustrating (especially given the price).

Excellent Stay Near the Central Station

The hotel is very close to the Central Station. I found this location quite convenient. My room had a modern design. The bathroom was super clean. The staff were very helpful. I really appreciated Fabio giving me all the information I needed.

I noticed the breakfast area is in the basement. The space has no windows, so it feels a bit soulless.
