My stay included an upgraded Superior room, ideal. Its size was ample, complemented by excellent amenities facing the plaza at the front (a good view!). I found the location convenient due to proximity to metro and tram stops. Navigating the city was effortless.
I felt the minibar prices were somewhat high.

Breakfast offered many choices and provided great service. It was extensive and satisfying (especially the croissants!). I savored innovative dishes at the in-house restaurant with amazing presentations and combined with perfect service, a good experience.

the breakfast had excellent options. i was especially thankful for the fresh fruit. the room interior was also very nice. i really liked the clean and cozy atmosphere.
our upgraded room lacked side tables. this made it inconvenient for placing personal items. the larger space included an uncomfortable table and chairs. the area was residential, so casual dining options were limited.
