Really good Stay in Prime Location
central location generous breakfast self-service eggs terrace seating
The hotel's central location made exploring very easy. I especially appreciated the generous continental breakfast. I liked the self-service boiled eggs and the made-to-order coffee. The terrace seating was a highlight, and I found it very pleasant for breakfast each morning.
The temperature control in the room was not ideal for me I couldn't get it cold enough with the bedcover.

The hotel is located very close to many shops and restaurants ensuring easy access to local amenities. Transportation is also very convenient with the ferries being nearby allowing for quick travel to other parts of the lake. I greatly valued this central position.

The room was equipped with a comfortable queen bed providing a good night's sleep. A smart TV including Netflix was available for entertainment. I found the room clean offering a pleasant environment after a long day.

The staff was helpful at all times. They assisted me with luggage and car arrangements. I found their support invaluable making my visit more relaxing.

The location IS central. Access to restaurants and shops was easy. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent.
The steps up to the entrance WERE intimidating.

poor temperature control bad cappuccino
The temperature control in my room wasn't great. It wasn't cold enough for the bedcover. my room felt small for the price i paid, though i know lakeside towns are expensive. the bad cappuccino at breakfast and the waiter acted like it was the end of the world because i didn't want chocolate.

Excellent Central Location
central location ample choice clean room lake view
The location was central, very close to ferries. The breakfast offered enough choice each morning. The room was very clean and spacious for luggage storage. I especially liked the view from my room, it overlooked the lake and mountains.

The Double Room offered a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. Air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room at a good temperature. The cleanliness was amazing. Domestic staff were very helpful.

Breakfast included a continental selection. The lady working in the breakfast area was helpful and efficient. The OUT door breakfast area had a great ambiance. The terrace provided a charming experience. A rooftop bar at the sister hotel is available.
