The location was superb near the lake and town. It was easy to walk around. The beach club featured an amazing infinity pool, offering great views. My room was spacious and super clean. It included a comfortable bed. All hotel staff members were helpful. They provided friendly service.
The restaurant menu remained the same every night. I found this quite limiting. The food was also too salty! though the chef refused to cook my meat as requested. This impacted my dining experience negatively.

The room was nice. It was a Superior Double or Twin Room Partial Lake View. The breakfast had good variety. The staff were helpful at reception. I used the pool and found the service nice.
The air conditioning made the room too hot. I could not get it to cool down. The floor in my room was dirty. I found hair on it. The towels were not replaced every day. There seemed a lack of consistency.

old machineslukewarm coffee
the gym wasn't really up to scratch. there are only a few old machines and some dumbbells, i found it hard to get a proper workout. the breakfast buffet also felt a bit basic. i saw a lack of variety and the quality of the pastries seemed not very high. the coffee from the machine was often lukewarm.
