Guests meet for cocktails at Joseph's Bar with piano music and at the Capri Bar, which offers cigars.

The Spa Nescens at the Mont Cervin Palace measures 1700 m2. The Nescens Boot Camp combines Nordic Walking, spa treatments and cuisine. A Kids Club provides games and entertainment for guests from 4 years old. The hotel offers a therapeutic massage.

Mont Cervin Palace is 500 metres from Zermatt and 80 km from Sion. Nearby landmarks include Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge (0.3 km), Walk of Climb (0.3 km), Hinterdorfstrasse (0.3 km), and the Matterhorn Museum (0.3 km). Zermatt can also be reached via the TGV French high-speed passenger train.
Hotel Services
The hotel provides equipment, and the Guest indemnifies the Hotel for claims arising from its provision. The Guest can use the rented rooms from 1500 hours on the day of arrival until 1200 hours on the day of departure. If the Guest fails to notify a fault to the Hotel promptly, there may be issues. Events at the Mont Cervin Palace can be arranged. The final number of persons in the Group must be notified no later than 10 calendar days prior to the Group's arrival.
