location is good, other things not so much

I had a less than stellar experience. the sink in the shower was blocked. Water did not drain properly. the mattress also felt used. the air conditioning was centralized, so i could not adjust it myself. i had to ask the receptionist to turn it off or on, a true bother.

the location near the train station was convenient, i'll give them that.

The room's air conditioning didn't work properly, it was quite stuffy, so i was pretty uncomfortable. i reported it, but nothing changed, the staff didn't really seem to care. sleeping was a chore. Not a great experience.

The location is unbeatable due to its proximity to the station. It is convenient. The staff were very kind and managed to have my room ready early. This was SO helpful after a long journey.

The temperature control was managed remotely, made adjustments inconvenient at times.

The location is AMAZING! It is close to the main railway, bus, metro, and taxi stations. Luggage storage is available which is helpful for early checkouts. The staff are very friendly and multilingual too.
