really good stay!
recent refurbishment spacious shower ev charger friendly staff
The double room i booked included recent refurbishment. a spacious walk-in shower really stood out. i found an ev fast charger in the car park. the staff were very friendly. They were also efficient.
the shelf above the sink in the bathroom made filling the kettle difficult. i had to manage the loose taps.

the family room was nicely decorated. it featured a huge bed and a double sofa bed (very useful). i appreciated that the room was very super clean and cozy.

i enjoyed a lovely family meal. i found good food and excellent service. the breakfast was great (especially the full english!). the staff seemed very cute to everyone.

The check-in was straightforward. I was impressed. the staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. one of the staff members was amazing with a son, spending time talking and joking with him. This was very appreciated.

the hotel is near shops, very convenient. it is also close to the train station to reach london. the parking is accessible. legoland is only a 25-minute drive away from here.

great breakfast friendly staff convenient location
breakfast was great and clean! the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the convenient location too.
The shower pressure was just a tad low. It's a minor thing, but i thought it worth mentioning.

The hotel has a big car park and i found spaces easily. It really simplifies things. i appreciated the ease of parking at any time! the proximity to nearby shops adds extra convenience.

the double room was super clean and spacious, after the refurbishment! i noticed the very large and good looking bathroom! the bed was comfortable, and i slept so well each night.

friendly staff secure parking clean room
The reception staff were genuinely friendly, a warm welcome after a long journey. the parking area felt secure and easily accessible. my room was clean. It made settling in very easy. the cleaning staff was attentive..
The portions in the restaurant seemed rather small for the price. I had expected a bit more.
