excellent location hot drink lumpy bed extra charge
The location was excellent near major attractions. The room was very clean and recently refurbished. Plenty of hot drink choices and fresh milk were available. There was also bottled water in the fridge.
There was little information in the room about available services. Both the double bed and the sofa bed were very soft and lumpy. I found that quite uncomfortable. The extra charge for an upgrade I didn't request was not ideal.
