an acceptable stay with a couple of issues
ineffective air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the staff at the front desk was helpful when i needed directions.
the air conditioning did not work well. i reported this to the front desk, and they sent someone to look at it, but it remained ineffective (apparently, they are waiting for a system upgrade). also, i found the bed to be quite hard, and the pillow was not comfortable. it impacted my sleep quality.

convenient stay near the station
clean room helpful staff convenient location
the location near the railway station was definitely a plus. the staff was helpful and quick during check-in. the room was very clean, and i appreciated the well-kept bathroom. i also liked how close the hotel was to termini and the airport shuttle.
I found the noise insulation to be inadequate. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms.

the lobby area was excellent, presenting a cute atmosphere upon arrival. there was no kettle in the room. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good though.

the reception staff were friendly, offering quick and easy check-in services. a member of staff even assisted in retrieving glasses i had left in a taxi, going above and beyond normal duties. i am very grateful for that service.

the hotel is located close to the central railway station. the airport shuttle is also close. metro stations and bus stops are nearby which allows for easy access to other parts of the city.

convenient location helpful staff
the location was near the train station it made getting around very easy. the staff returned my glasses to reception after i left them in a taxi they were very helpful with this issue.
the gym was very small
